Q: How long is the term for a signed lease?
A: Leases are for 1 year.
Q: How much is the Security Deposit?
A: A Security Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent
Q: Can I pay my rent by check?
A: Yes. Make all checks payable to RRG FREDONIA APARTMENTS LLC.
Q: Can I pay my rent online?
A: Yes! Just click HERE. Paying online is fast and easy.
Q: Are the apartments furnished or unfurnished?
A: Most units are unfurnished. Please call the office if you would like to find out about furniture rental or our furnished apartments.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes - please see our pet friendly page for more details.
Q: What is renter's insurance?
A: This is a special insurance policy that protects the contents of your apartment from loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other catastrophic events. A policy of this type is quite affordable. The premium is calculated based upon the value of your furniture and other personal possessions.
Q: Do I need renter's insurance?
A: Yes, renter's insurance is required.
Q: Who arranges the utilities?
A: We do! Our goal is to make the move-in process as easy as possible so you can focus on other things. For those moving into the townhouses, simply call National Grid and have the personal electric put in to your name upon move-in.
Q: What about laundry?
A: For our residents at the apartments or townhomes: laundry facilities are available in Buildings 2 & 6. We also offer individual washers and dryers in select units at the townhomes.
